We offer video production services in Utah and Salt Lake counties.  See our equipment rental sheet for information on what equipment we have available to use.

Wedding Packages

Basic Package

The basic wedding package includes:

  • Up to 100 pictures put to music in a slideshow
     
  • Finished video 8-12 minutes

$150 Complete

Standard Package

Our standard wedding package includes:

  • Up to one hour of footage on-location in Provo/Orem and applicable editing
     
  • Up to 60 pictures put to music in a slideshow
     
  • Finished video 10-15 minutes

$500 Complete

Deluxe Package

Our deluxe wedding package includes:

  • Up to two hours of footage on-location in Provo/Orem and applicable editing
     
  • Up to 100 pictures put to music in a slideshow
     
  • Finished video 15-25 minutes

Other Events - Provo/Orem

Single Camera Shoot

  • No setup charge
     
  • $35 per hour or fraction thereof on location
     
  • Additional rental or editing charges may apply.  See below.

Multi-Camera Shoot

  • $200 Setup charge
     
  • $50 per hour or fraction thereof per camera on location
     
  • $75 per hour for the director (if live mixing is desired)
     
  • Additional rental or editing charges may apply.  See below.

A camera Jib (Crane) is available for an additional $40 per hour

Other Events - Outside Provo/Orem

Single Camera Shoot

  • No setup charge
     
  • $50 per hour for travel to and from Orem
     
  • $35 per hour or fraction thereof on location

Multi-Camera Shoot

  • $200 Setup charge
     
  • $50 per hour for travel to and from Orem
     
  • $50 per hour or fraction thereof per camera on location
     
  • $75 per hour for a director (if live mixing is desired)
     
  • Additional rental or editing charges may apply.  See below.

A camera Jib (Crane) is available for an additional $40 per hour

Projection equipment is available for $40 per hour

Video Editing Rates

  • $40 per hour or fraction thereof for editing and mastering

How Long Does It Take?

Generally it takes about one hour of shooting/editing per minute of finished footage for most videos.  If you want a five minute video, figure around five hours of shooting and editing combined.  Single camera-shoots take less time on average, multi-camera take longer.  Editing time varies depending on the number of edits (cuts / transitions) and number of video sources.  Graphics and sound are extra and add to the production time. 

If you are well scripted and well rehearsed shooting and editing will go much faster.

Slideshow Videos

Slideshow videos are those made up of photographs put to music and printed on video, such as commonly seen on wedding videos.

  • We do minimal cleanup on pictures to make them look good on video.  Additional cleanup and restoration is $40 per hour
     
  • We can use your background picture and music / sound
     
  • We try to make the slideshow interesting: rotation and zooming of pictures, changing with the beat of the music, utilizing dissolves or other effects
     
  • Rate: $1.50 per picture for standard videos, which includes a single master copy of the finished video

Additional Charges

We have sufficient equipment to do a five-camera shoot and print to DVD simultaneously on-location.  If you require titling or digital editing, this must be done off-site.  If you need different cameras, or other additional equipment, additional rental charges may apply.
